[QBS] QBS probes

Hi,

I notice that QBS has something called 'probes' which I am assuming is analogous to Find modules in CMake.

As we are at a point where QBS documentation is rather sparse, I was wondering if someone could provide me with a short overview of probes and an example of how they are used.
