[QBS] QBS versioning

I'm a little shady on QBS versioning - for resolved issues, what should we generally be setting the "Fix Version/s" to in JIRA? I've just been using "some future version" since I don't really know how to determine which issues target what version, or what version we've actually released (though it's been sitting at 0.3.0 for a while as far as I know).
