[Qbs] Module for freedesktop.org compliance on Unix

Hi there!
  I just wrote a QBS module to help handling icons, desktop files and
appstream metadata according to the freedesktop.org standards.

I welcome people to try it out on their applications, and so that if at
some point we are confident about it, I could submit it to QBS.
