[Qbs] Qbs 1.23.2 released

Call the ldd for qbs from QTC 8. See picture qbs-1.
Call the ldd for libqbscore.so.1.23.2 from QTC 8. See picture qbs-2.
See runpath for libqbscore.so.1.23.2 (qbs-2.jpg)
I think runpath is wrong for libqbscore.so.1.23.2: instead of 
'$ORIGIN/../lib/qtcreator' it should be '$ORIGIN/../../lib/qtcreator'
