[Qbs] qbs 3.0 released

Hi,

we have released qbs 3.0.1 today. In case you are wondering about 3.0.0: 
We skipped that one due to a release management hiccup.

This release of qbs is also part of Qt Creator 17.0.0 (it has version 
number 3.0.0 there, but is the same as 3.0.1 for all intents and purposes).
