[Qbs] qbs 3.0.3 released

After looking into the code, if JS_NAN_BOXING is defined, JSValue is typedefed to uint64.

And JS_NAN_BOXING is defined int 32-bit builds.

So yes, this patch should help. It is a part of 3.0.3 release.
