[Qt-creator] Folding mode

Hi Matthias, :-)
just because I like something does not mean I am not looking for 
something better. Qt-Creator has some features I like. And it is pure 
Qt, which I prefer.

Currently I miss a few features in Qt-Creator. With most of them I am 
100% sure they will come sooner or later. Other features I miss, but I 
am not so sure. The folding stuff is one of them.  

I hope you trolls...erm...noks?..decide to release the sources. Most of
the stuff I miss I could hack in myself. I am much better with pure 
Qt code than with KDE code. :-D
