[Qt-creator] feature request: icecream support

Hi,

First of all I want to thank you for the great piece of work QtCreator is.

I would like to request a feature: support for icecream. Adding
icecream to the .pro file is not problem (just setting icecc as the
compiler), but you must set the compiler '-j ' flag. Now I can't find
a menu option to fix that, but maybe I'm missing something...

Anyhow, it would be great to use Icecream in combination with a great IDE!
