[Qt-creator] Recognizing .C / .H file extensions as C++

Thanks for the first Linux IDE to make me think about switching from
emacs (still need keybindings though). However, I have a minor but
fatal problem.
I have a lot of C++ source that uses .C (and .H file) extensions and
creator treats them as text files instead of as C++ source. Renaming
them isn't an option, so Qt Creator isn't really usable.
I really love the code completion, so it would be really nice if this
was fixed. The ideal fix would include an option to treat .c/.h as C++
source as well (for when you have to use broken file systems).
Thanks, Pablo
