[Qt-creator] Sugestions and questions

Under "build&run" you can select a startup project in the list view. Or you 
hold the execution button pressed for a bit longer and a selection menu will 
pop up. 

IDE users apparently feel this was natural, I too had problems with it. 
Eclipse solves it with a dialog window when you press run. I feel we haven't 
yet found a good solution.
