[Qt-creator] More feedback

Hi,
I have also some feedback for you.

1) 3 of our developers switched to Qt creator before lunch after I  
announced it's availability in the morning.

2) The resource editor should expand the root node when it it openend  
the first time. This also applies to Qt Designer and I will fill a  
feature request also there. But it is not only related to designer  
because QtCreator has an own standalone resource editor.

3) When using a class and the header is not included, no code  
completion is available. While this logical behavior, it would be even  
better if QtCreator would provide completion but also suggests to add  
the header.

4) The combobox in the top bar that shows the method you are currently  
in next to the combobox that shows in which file you are should  
display some dummy string when the user is in no method, for example  
"<Methods>" or "<Select Method>"

Reason: It is not clear what this combo is for when it is empty and  
because of the styling, the only thing that is visible then is the  
drop down triangle so the combo is close to invisible while it could  
be usefull for the user as a starting point.
