[Qt-creator] Found crash in Qt-Creator 0.9 Alpha

Hi,

   I found a crash in Qt-Creator windows Alpha which is always reproducible. Can any one here file an issue if not existing ? or please tell me how to file this issue?

In welcome screen if we try to invoke help file, it always crashes. It is true if we select Help -> Help or press F1.
Below are details of the installed version

Qt-Creator version 0.9  build 320645 based on Qt 4.5.0

Error Singature:
AppName : qtcreator
Appver : 0.0.0.0
ModName : qtcore4.dll
Modver : 4.5.0.0
Offset : oooa8af4
