[Qt-creator] Mime Types

Hey fist of all, EXCELLENT JOB!!  Love it.

A few questions, I have typically use the *.H/*.C suffix notation to
separate C++ headers/impl files from teh *.h/*.c ones for C.  As it
stands, QtCreator recognizes the files to use but not as C++
source/header files if they have *.H/*.C  How do I tell QtCreator that
*.H and *.C files are also C++ files?  It also appears that the
*.hxx/*.cxx notation is not recognized.
