[Qt-creator] minor annoyance: application starts below others

Hi,

First of all thanks for creating QtCreator!

I have just started using it at OS X 10.5
When I hit the debug button, the GUI of the application to debug is  
started as the lowest application, behind all other open applications.  
To get the application on top I have to alt-tab a lot.
It would be logical if the application to debug would start on top of  
the IDE, or at least as the first application below the IDE, so that  
pressing alt-tab once is enough.
