[Qt-creator] Two more things with qt-creator

First

I wanted to add a new class to my project so
I choose new class
fill in the entries in the dialog
click next
click back
Now the "next" and "cancel" buttons are not shown. you have to move
the mouse over the place where the button are supposed to be placed
for them to emerge.


Second, I really miss a keyboard shortcut to navigate through the source files.
