[Qt-creator] A feature request - building with other tools

First of all I want to thank you guys for Qt-Creator.
I would like to use this great IDE but the thing is: I need to use
a custom build tool (in my case: mxx_ru). There are build steps
in Qt-Creator and one can easily add custom steps but cannot
skip the 2 default ones: qmake and make. So if you allowed to
delete these steps and rely entirely on my own ones it would be
just perfect.
Thank you again: you did a great job with this piece of software.
