[Qt-creator] Folding Mode

you can specify a shortcut for the "(Un-)Collapse All" action (which  
is doing the folding) by opening preferences (Tools->Options), General- 
 >Keyboard Shortcuts, and type "collapse" in the filter field.
There is no keyboard shortcut for (Un-)Collapsing single scopes though.
