On <ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtcreator/snapshots> you find regularly  
updated (~daily) binary snapshots of the most current development  
version of Qt Creator. You can also navigate there via the landing  
page <http://trolltech.com/developer/qt-creator>, right below the  
download links.

Note that some things in the snapshots are to be taken as  
"experimental" and in general not necessarily "stable". :)
