[Qt-creator] feature requests

I can't find where post feature requests for qt creator, so I'll post it
here.

I'm using this IDE since I've read news about public release of Qt Creator.
Before it I've used eclipse with qt integration, but eclipse is too slow and
qt designer in eclipse is too slow too.
So I've been very happy when saw this IDE, but I've noticed some missed
features (I understand, that it is a preview, but It will be very pleasant
to see some features in later versions).

One of some important for me is:

   - Code refactoring
   - Code documentation (I think integration with doxygen will be great)
   - Version control (I think support of svn will be great).

Also I've noticed some troubles with code indexation. When I change some
dialog in gui designer and rebuild project code index doesn't update.
Source index updates only when IDE starts. I can't find any button for
manual start of code indexation.

Also at my work computer there are two monitors for easier gui design. I'm
using standalone qt designer for gui desing, can you add opening .ui files
with external designer as option. May be external assistant will be also
good. One monitor, one window - IDE, other monitor, other window -
designer/assistant.
