[Qt-creator] Show project name on Windows taskbar

Oh I see... sessions are like Visual Studio solutions? If they are, i
think they should apear as root for all projects in the projects tree.
Now I created one "server" and one "client" session and they got
displayed fine. I was creating my projects without sessions, thats the
reason only "Qt Creator" was displayed.
