[Qt-creator] Resizing handle on strange location

In order to resize the debug window I need to click and drag the
bottom of the 'menu bar' which is a bit strange. I would expect it to
be the top or the whole menu bar somewhere on the grey area.

It would also be nice if there was an option to use tabs or something
similar to the QtToolBox (where clicking a toolbar displays that
window in full and hides the others) instead of split screen for debug
information and source code view. On small screens with the screen
split into three (when problems occur) it tends to become a bit
unworkable.

I would also like it if the OSX version had more native key bindings
function keys do not work because some are already used by OSX and for
the others I have to press the option key as well. It would also be
nice to switch tabs using cmd + { and cmd + } like in Safari, Firefox
and Terminal.

Kind regards,

Pim Schellart
