[Qt-creator] Launching application after build hidden behind QtCreator window

Somehow I feel like already having this conversation before ;)
If you run your application (not using the debugger) the raising to  
front should already work (in the snapshots).

QtCreator should do it without the need that the run program must call  
raise() itself.
