[Qt-creator] Find & Replace

Hi Creator-Team,

- History: I am missing a Find-History of, say, the last 20 searched-for
entries, the most recently searched-for at the top; the same for Replace.

- CTRL-F only inserts a string in the Find-Edit-Field if it is selected. If
nothing is selected, I would like to have Visual Studio's feature to insert
the very word the cursor happens to be positioned in.
