Sorry. I don't know howto. If I just use
"gdb qtcreator-0.9-200811202204-linux-x86-gcc3.3-setup.bin"

I get
This GDB was configured as
"i486-linux-gnu"..."<path>/qtcreator-0.9-200811202204-linux-x86-gcc3.3-setup.bin":
not in e xecutable format: File format not recognized

What is the correct way to get a core dump ?
By the way, is a core dump something which can
contain private data ?
