[Qt-creator] Custom widgets in integrated Qt-designer

This should work if the designer can find the plugins. That is we don't build 
with any namespace, buildkey or libinfix option.

Where did you put those plugin files? Note that qtcreators designer uses the 
qt that is inside the bin directory.
