hmm, weird. By the way, can you try with #include <QtGui/QComboBox?  
Also, can you give us some more details? for example, your system,  
what's in the Qt4 settings page, and so on.. Oh, and can you check if  
the completion works when the file contains _only_ a #include  
<QComboBox>?
