[Qt-creator] Debugging not possible

Hello,

when trying to debug any application (compiled with MinGw-g++ on
windowsXP) with QtCreator the DIE starts debugging (switching to Debug
View) and than nothing happens. It pauses at "wxvault.dll".
When pressing Shift+F11 (Stepping Out) I get the following error:

Warning:
Cannot insert breakpoint 0.
Error accessing memory address 0x10: Input/output error.
--

I just installed QtCreator and tried to debug a simple app.
Running the app (Ctrl+R) works without any problem.

What am I doing wrong?
