The case sensitivity checkbox is hidden under the magnifier glass icon 
in the right of the search entry. We figured it wouldn't be changed 
enough to be worth the additional user interface, but still common 
enough to have it readily accessible. If you use it frequently, you can 
assign a shortcut to this action.

Support for regular expressions is planned.
