There isn't, but I think instead of introducing this option it might be 
better to see if we can fix your problem. :)

I compared my Assistant stand-alone with the embedded version and both 
used the same color to highlight search results (my selection color). 
That they are different in your case might depend on your style, so 
please tell me:

* Which OS you're on
* Which Qt style you're using (and whether they're different for 
Assistant and QtCreator)
* From which Qt version is your stand alone Assistant
