[Qt-creator] some issues with new class wizard

Dear QtCreator creators,
When I right click on my project and choose "Add new C++ class..."
there is no possibility to store the header file and source file in
different directories. According to company policy, I have to store
the .h file in <projectroot>/include and the .cpp in <projectroot>/src.
Moreover if anywhere in the new class wizard you want to cancel
creating the new class, you can't. There is only the "go back" button,
(which is greyed out in the first screen of the wizard) and the
continue button. I think a cancel button would be useful.
Thanks in advance,
W. Dobbe
