[Qt-creator] QtCreator under Windows NT

Really necessary ?
Remind - qtcreator.exe was compiled using MinGW (installed as part of
qt-4.5.0-beta1) under Windows NT 4 (SP6a).
This means qt-creator requires Micrsoft Visual C (2008) libraries.
I found a runtime package at Microsoft, but this was not installable under
Windows NT 4.
Other ideas ?
