[Qt-creator] [PATCH] i18n support for Qt Creator

Hi,

I have create patch files which provide i18n support for Qt Creator.
And I attached 5 patch files for master branch(rev:7d63307bda).
These files are compressed by gzip because too large...

And now i explain about these patch files.
a.Add function call that QTranslator.load() and installTranslator().
  see also src/app/main.cpp

b.Add translation file and translations.pro.
  see also translations/qtcreator_ja_JP.ts(but that's unfinished
translation file.)

c.Putting a TRANSLATOR comment because work around lupdate limitation.

  see also src/plugins/coreplugin/mainwindow.cpp, and other cpp files.
