[Qt-creator] [PATCH] i18n support for Qt Creator

And sorry, I forgot to tell you that my patch have unsolved problem.

a.When exec lupdate command,then lupdate outputed following
warning(it's error?).

  src/plugins/debugger/disassemblerhandler.cpp:132: Class
'Debugger::Internal::DisassemblerModel' lacks Q_OBJECT macro
  src/plugins/debugger/moduleshandler.cpp:91: Class
'Debugger::Internal::ModulesModel' lacks Q_OBJECT macro

  So i can't still translate "DisassemblerModel" and "ModulesModel".
