The link you followed seems to be the one pointing to the nightly  
snapshots.
There are no separate source packages for the release candidate, but  
you can access the sources via git from
git://labs.trolltech.com/qt-creator , or browse the repository online at
http://labs.trolltech.com/gitweb?p=qt-creator;a=summary (which is  
where you are directed to from the "Go to the Qt Creator repository"  
button on the download page).
