[Qt-creator] [Announce] Qt Creator Release Candidate Now Available

In fact, the linux x86_64 build is not the RC1 build - I downloaded
and installed the 32-bit version and installed in another directory
and it has the feedback button and doesn't crash at Go to slot
dialog.
