[Qt-creator] Auto-complete ui elements

I'll investigate tomorrow, and try to reproduce it.

As I said the codemodel should pick up all changes after a rebuild. If you 
need to restart Qt Creator, then that's a bug. Most likely it doesn't find the 
ui*h file. And it should work with shadow builds and UI_DIR and all those 
fancy features. But well, I'll see tomorrow if and how I can reproduce those 
issues. We absouletly want this to work before the 1.0 release.
