[Qt-creator] hpp file type/extension

True,
well if it's easy (and it should be), some common extensions that come 
to my head are:

for C: c, h
for C++: cpp, cxx, C, cc, h, H, hpp, hxx, hh

I'm happy with just c/cpp, h/hpp though.
But, maybe some other people would be interested in seeing these "added" 
too.
