[Qt-creator] Build steps per build settings

Hi,
this has been mentioned before.
I can choose the build steps on a per "Build Settings" but it seems to 
change all the targets.
But, for example, if I don't want to build the "Gdb Macros" just for my 
release version I have to remove it first, before running the Release 
build, and add it again if I want to build my debug release.

This is also valid for any other stuff that are dependent of the target 
{ Debug, Release }.
