[Qt-creator] PtrOperatorAST visitor

Hi Roberto

I have done first part of ASTViewer but I had to add this visitor to the
code... as it was not included in visit(...) methods...

was this planned?

I am not sure , if I have added this new visitor  correctly, but now it
works.
