[Qt-creator] [PATCH] Qt Creator translation

Hi,

I have re-create patch files which provide i18n support for Qt Creator.
And I attached 6 patch files for master branch(rev:3ac4e05e37).
These patches are compressed by gzip because too large...

And now i explain about these patch files changes from previous patches.
a.Add function call that QTranslator.load() and installTranslator()
for loading qt translation.
 see also src/app/main.cpp

b.Add translations.pri instead of translations.pro.
  This file consults the Qt 4.5 translation.pri.
  The translations.pri uses directory path instead of duplicate file list.
