[Qt-creator] Git and other key sequence shortcuts not work on Mac OSX

Hi,

this is a problem of Qt on the Mac. I'll have a chat with the guys in  
Oslo. But I suspect that it is nothing trivial to fix, so I fear it  
will not be done for Qt 4.5/QtCreator 1.0 . The only choice I see for  
Creator atm is unfortunately not throw the multiple-key shortcuts away  
by default on the Mac, and leave it to you/the user to define some  
shortcuts they like in the Preferences->General->Keyboard :(
