[Qt-creator] manual cplusplus tests and Rewriter

Hi Roberto

could you explain in few sentences, if time allows, what logic is hidden
behind this test? I know there is some small part of tree rewriter
implemented, but I do not quite understand the code, how it works.
(insertTextBefore, insertTextAfter...)

second thing, the code can not be started in windows system, so you might
consider having input file as input parameter, instead of stdin stream.
