[Qt-creator] feature request: permanent bookmarks

Indeed, as long as you resume your sessions instead of opening the 
projects again, the bookmarks are permanent.

The advantage of storing the bookmarks in the session is that you can 
use the sessions to separate different tasks within the same project. 
Also, you can add bookmarks to files that aren't part of a project. 
However I completely agree that one of the disadvantages is that you'll 
need to actually use sessions.
