[Qt-creator] Executable not found

I have seen in the archieve that there was a long thread about 
'[Qt-creator] Error running the application "Failed to startprogram. 
Path or permissions wrong?

Maybe that has something to do with my 'Could not find executable, 
please specify one' ?

Also I am confused that I can specify only one binary name, not 
different ones for debug/release. that means that if they differ, one of 
them will never be found!
