[Qt-creator] Executable not found

In the 2009-02-12 Version with TARGET Settings disabled
#debug:DESTDIR = $${BIN_DIR}/debug/

#release:DESTDIR = $${BIN_DIR}/release/

#TARGET = $${BINARY_NAME}$${SUFFIX_STR}


and .user.pro file deleted the binaries are found again.
