[Qt-creator] Why are snapshots randomly deleted from ftp server

There has never been a Windows build for the 18th. As for the snapshots 
of the 16th temporarily disappearing, that seems very unlikely.

The reason to delete snapshots is so that we don't run out of space on 
the ftp server. However, this automatic deletion only deletes snapshots 
that are more than a week old, definitely not at random.
