[Qt-creator] Auto-complete bug fix?

I was just wondering if there were any plans to fix the remaining
issues with auto-complete before release? Specifically, I am still
seeing what I would consider to be a (small) bug, where if you mistype
something the autofill box goes away, and doesn't come back after
correcting your mistype. The only way to get it back is to either a)
hit control-space or b) edit all the way back to the last period or -
 >. I would think that it should re-appear as soon as what you have
typed again matches something.

For example, say I have an object ui->date1 that I am trying to use in
my code. So I type ui-> and get the pop up, which narrows down as I
start typing date. But instead of typing date, I accidentally type
dart. The auto-fill box goes away, as it should. However, then I hit
delete to get back to da. At this point, what I have typed again
matches, and I should get the auto-complete box back (or at least once
I type the next letter, in this case "t"), but I don't. I have to
either remove all the typing and re-enter the ->, or hit control-
space, which is an extra keystroke. Not a huge deal, but it does bug
me, as I run into it quite often. Thanks.
