[Qt-creator] Debugger settings for qtcreator-0.9.2-rc1-windows

Hi All,

Actually it didn't work because of the path "Qt creator 
path/bin/gdbmacros" not exists at all.

Any way I decided to download full bundle of QtCreator, I think it's the 
easy way for solution.
