[Qt-creator] Getting Started documentation

Hope you (all at Trolltech) have a good 2009.  Just to state the obvious -- Qt Creator is making it much easier to respond when people ask 'What's Qt?'

Hello Sam,

Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a little tricky to come up
with the perfect title considering the contents. I like "A quick tour of
Qt Creator", I will put it in.
