[Qt-creator] speed up Build process

Hi,

I'm new with qt, I'm using qt creator since recently. It takes more time to build and run a program.
And when I run in debug mode,the running time takes several seconds.

I'm used to RAD environment, like Delphi, and the time to compile and run a program is insignificant.

Is it proper to Qt programs, or is there some configurations to do to accelerate the build and debug process.
